Q: How can
I make a reservation?
A: By telephone or by email (http://www.stdavidshotels.com/enquiries.htm).
We do not operate with an online reservation system to provide all
our customers with a personal service. Top
Q: Would
a reservation by telephone be quicker than email?
A: A telephone reservation can be made immediately.
An email response will be sent within 24 hours. Top
Q: Can I
reserve a room without credit card information?
A: To secure your reservation we require your credit
card number, expiry date and security code. Without these details
all reservations will remain open and not confirmed. Top
Q: Are my
credit card details held in a safe place?
A: All personal information is filed securely and
destroyed after your departure. Top
Q: Do I
need a confirmation number?
A: We only provide confirmation emails. Top
Q: What
time is check-in/out?
A: Check-in is 12pm; Check-out is 10:30am. We will
do our best to have your room ready for you on your early arrival.
If the room is unavailable, then we will be happy to look after
your luggage until check-in. Top
Q: Do you
have a late check-out time?
A: Customers must vacate the rooms by 11.00am on
the day of departure, and luggage can be stored with us, no charges.

Q: Can I
amend my reservation before my arrival or during my stay?
A: Subject to availability, we would be happy to
accommodate you….or amend your booking. Top
Q: Do you
have any non-smoking rooms?
A: From the 1st July 2007 the UK became smoke -
FREE, it is now illegal to smoke in
all public establishments, and we are a non smoking establishment.

Q: Do have
elevators/lifts in your hotel?
A: Unfortunately, we do not have elevators in our
hotel, but should you have any special needs we can gladly allocate
you a room on the lower floors to ensure your stay is as comfortable
as possible. Top
Q: Does
your hotel have a Laundry service?
A: Unfortunately, we do not have a laundry service
in our hotel but there is a launderette less than a minutes walk
from our hotel with very reasonable prices. Top
Q: Do you
have air conditioning in your rooms?
A: We do not have air-conditioning in our rooms;
instead we have installed wall mounted fans. Top
Q: What
time does Breakfast start/include?
A: 06:30 – 09:00am – Cereals, Toast/Croissants
(marmalade/strawberry jams), Tea/Coffee/Hot Chocolate, Eggs (fried/scrambled),
Bacon, Sausage, Baked Beans, Mushroom, Tomato. Top
Q: Do you
have a 24 hour receptionist?
A: We do indeed have a 24 hour reception. Top
Q: Can
I change room during my stay?
A: Please ask at reception, subject to availability.

Q: Are
there coffee and tea making facilities in the room?
A: We do not currently have coffee/tea facilities
in the rooms; we do have a hot and cold drinks machine in the reception
foyer. Top
Q: Do you
have radio/alarm clock in the rooms?
A: We do not have radio in the room; however, wake
up calls can be arranged via the telephone line. Top
Q: Are
animals/pets allowed in the hotel?
A: Pets are not allowed in our establishment; guide
dogs are accepted but subject to certain conditions. Top
Q: Can
I ask for a specific room to be guaranteed?
A: Whilst we are not able to guarantee which room
you will be allocated (allocation is done on the day of your arrival)
we can note down your preference and we will do our very best to
accommodate your request. Top
Q: We are
travelling to London but are planning on spending some time outside
London?
A: We are always happy to help our customers with
luggage arrangement, we are happy to look after your baggage if
you decide to spend a few days away from us before returning again.

Q: Does
your hotel have car parking facilities?
A: The hotel itself does not have it own car parking facility, but there is parking directly outside our hotel. The square is separated into 2 areas, resident parking only and pay and display. Parking meters are active between 8:30am and 6:30pm Monday to Saturday. They are free all day on Sunday and Bank Holidays. Please note that parking is restricted to a maximum of 4 hours; charged at approximately GBP 2.00 per hour. Furthermore, the introduction of the GBP 8.00 per day congestion charge, currently applies to all cars between 7am and 6pm Monday to Friday; visit www.tfl.gov.uk for more information. Top
